    VRF → JSON → REPLAY

    Prepare a VALORANT replay

This website reuses ValorantWebReplayer. The browser reads its processed JSON; it does not decode raw .vrf files.

    1. Get the official replay on your Windows PC.

Copy the .vrf from %LOCALAPPDATA%\VALORANT\Saved\Demos\. Use a match you are authorized to review.

    2. Conversion is a separate step in this alpha.

Direct .vrf conversion is not available on this website yet. The research parser needs a compatible game build and a verified Windows setup. If you already have processed output, open those JSON files here. Do not supply Riot credentials or game-client session files.

    3. Open the compact output here.

Select positions.json and events.json together; add meta.json and abilities.json if available. Do not upload the large decode dump.

    4. Verify before coaching.

Confirm the map, round timing and which actor represents each player. Names in the roster do not prove actor identity. Automated player scoring stays off.
